promoted Stark Industries in the year
1988 for manufacture of Three-phase and Single-phase
AC Induction Motors.
These motors received ready acceptance
from OE Manufacturers like ALMONARD (P) Ltd,
PRICOL Ltd, LMW Ltd, Elgi Electrical &
Industries Ltd, M.M.Gears (P) Ltd, Shanthi
Precision, Siemens, Tamilnadu Water
Board, Wheel and Axle Plant (Ministry of
Railways), etc. due to our superior quality,
excellent finish, fast delivery and service.
Encouraged by the customers response, the
company diversified into the manufacture of Dual
Speed motors and Brake motors for textile
application in the year 2000.
Simultaneously the company obtained the
license for the use of prestigious ISI mark on
its 3 Phase Induction Motors from the Bureau of
Indian Standards in the year 1995. The BIS license covers three phase Induction motors of
ratings 0.18 kw–5.5 kw 4P both foot and
flanged mounted.

cater to its ever increasing clientele and with
a view to streamline its operations
for achieving better quality and productivity, Stark
Industries have obtained the license of
Quality Management system of ISO 9001: 2000
by Det Norske Veritas for design,
manufacture
and servicing
of three phase and single phase induction motors
in the
year
2000.
